Subscription policy

Glow Access and Creator Plus are recurring monthly memberships. Appstle manages recurring billing through the Newiie Care Shopify store. The membership price, billing interval, and available options are displayed before checkout. Your selected payment method is charged automatically each billing period until the membership is canceled.

Membership benefits are available only while the subscription remains active and payments are successfully processed. Membership does not guarantee affiliate approval, commissions, campaign selection, recognition, or invitation-only program access.

Cancellation policy

You may manage or cancel your membership through your Newiie Care customer account or the Appstle subscription-management link provided after enrollment. Cancel before the next scheduled renewal to prevent a future recurring charge. Cancellation applies to future renewals and does not automatically refund an order or charge that has already been processed.

Shipping policy

Membership-product shipments follow the current Newiie Care shipping terms, including applicable processing estimates, delivery expectations, tracking, and address responsibilities.

Refund or replacement policy

Requests involving damaged, missing, incorrect, or otherwise eligible items are reviewed under the current Newiie Care refund and return terms. Eligibility may depend on the item condition, request timing, photographs, delivery information, and other order details.

Product-substitution terms

Membership selections vary based on inventory, availability, season, and membership tier. Newiie Care may substitute a planned item with another third-party beauty product, sample, mini, accessory, gift, selected bundle item, or eligible Newiie Care product when available.

Brands, categories, sizes, quantities, colors, scents, assortment, and individual retail values may vary. Membership does not guarantee a particular product, brand, full-size item, Newiie Care item, or unreleased product in any month.
